I’d like to say I’ll keep things simple here but frankly I don’t want to write about just one thing. I’m always trying something new or reading about something interesting and I would like to share my experience or knowledge. I’m not hitting the gym 6 days a week or eating anything extraordinary. To be honest, I have a bit of a “dad bod” and my share of vices. I’d like to think this is the place for everyone else to get inspired to try something new. I will share what I’m doing for diet, workout, fun, work, learning, interested in, listening to and whatever else I can think of. I’m hoping there will be some discussion, and many great things. Everyone has a best that could be even better!
